• Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.

• I will remove my signature. However, you MUST always give me credits when you use my works

• If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the rights to the artwork, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.

• All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may not remove (unless you pay for commercial use)

• I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to put in my portfolio or display it everywhere to my liking (If you do not want me to post your art anywhere, please inform me beforehand)

• Do not claim my art as your own

• All the references you provide (e.g. personal photos) will remain private and I will not publish them anywhere without your permission
